Metodología
This index represents the value of a Portfolio of Stocks composed by the same companies which are included in the Merval index. However, the difference is how companies are weighted, since their participation in the Burcap index composition is proportional to their market value on the date of change of the index portfolio. The number of stocks held by each company within the portfolio is called the constituent´s “Theoretical Quantity”. Stocks included in this index are reassessed every three (3) months, similar to the Merval index.
