BYMA Board of Directors, at the Meeting held on March 8th, 2023, has resolved to call to the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on April 11th, 2023 at 10:30 am (GMT-3) on first call, and at 11:30 am (GMT-3) on second call. In compliance with the provisions set forth by Law No. 26,831, section 70, the documentation to be considered at said General Meeting is made available to the Shareholders.
