✏️What will be your challenges in the area of #Datos?

Data Architecture Design

• Define and implement conceptual, logical and physical data models that support critical systems such as Nasdaq CSD, Millennium, and NRTC, as well as new cloud platforms.
• Design hybrid architectures that efficiently integrate on-premise infrastructures and cloud services, such as AWS.

Governance and Data Quality

• Lead the implementation of a data governance framework that ensures data quality, integrity and consistency across the organization.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, taxonomies, and data modeling standards.

Security

• Implement security policies that include encryption, authentication, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory regulations.

Data Analysis Platforms

• Design and monitor the data platform to enable advanced analysis capabilities and informed decision-making.
• Integrate tools for real-time analysis and machine learning (AI/ML).

Data Integration

• Design data pipelines for the integration of internal and external systems, using tools such as Informatica, Kafka, and cloud services such as AWS Glue.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

• Implement monitoring and traceability solutions using tools such as Dynatrace or similar.
• Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to optimize data architecture.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in roles related to data architecture, preferably in financial sectors.
• Experience in implementing solutions in hybrid infrastructures and cloud services.
• Experience at DAMA (The) Data Management International Association)

Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi or similar.
• Programming knowledge (Java, Phyton, R) — Desirable
• Knowledge in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with data modeling tools such as ER/Studio or PowerDesigner
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Desirable Skills

• Experience in using data governance tools.
• Advanced knowledge in cybersecurity applied to data.
• Leadership capabilities and cross-functional collaboration.
• English
