Frequently Asked Questions
For the use of the New Custody System is required:
- Dual Core CPU, 2.4 Ghz or higher
- 8 GB RAM
- 2 GB HDD
- Ethernet NIC
- Windows 10 (64 bit) or higher
- Microsoft .Net 4.8
- Internet Explorer 11 / Microsoft Edge
The central system will only remain in force for operations related to the operation of checks, promissory notes and invoices.
For FCI:
- For subscriptions and redemptions of shares, the FONDOS (SISTACO) system will remain in force.
- For distribution of shares, the NSC must be used, replacing the Emulator.
Current users will not be migrated. An initial configuration of up to three administrator users will be made at the request of each depositor. The request must be submitted through BYMA Digital, in the New Custody System User Registration presentation.
The registration of users will be managed by each Depositor without intervention by CVSA.
A single user can log in with his user name and password in one or more deposit accounts. You must indicate the account you want to use when logging in to the system.
In order for a user to create accounts and associate them to the different existing account groups, the administrator must first grant the user profile permission for the required account groups.
Data migration (principals-tenancies) will be performed by CVSA.
The information for investor and account registration remains the same. The details of the required data may be consulted in the Investor Registration and Account Registration instructions.
Mass account openings will continue to be entered by GIC by file or by webservices, without modifications to the current format. Likewise, it will also be possible to upload Mass Account and Investor Additions, Deletions and Modifications by file directly from the new Custody System, using the new file formats available here
Manual Modifications and Deletions, both Investors and Accounts, must be made from the NSC.
Deletions of accounts may be made at any time, the calendar quarter limit no longer applies.
Accounts with blocks by Quarterly Summary, will be migrated in the current status. From now on, no new blockages will be made for this reason, given the discontinuation of the issuance and sending of the quarterly summary as of January 2023.
IN THE NEW SYSTEM THERE ARE 3 TYPES OF ACCOUNT
- FINAL BENEFICIARY: has only one investor
- CO-OWNER: can have two or more investors
- JUDICIAL: can have only one investor, and that investor must have registered as a "Judicial Investor".
From beneficial owner to joint owner account or vice versa
In case you want to add a new holder to a beneficial owner account or remove holders from a joint owner account so that only one account holder remains, you must create a new account, select the type of agreement
with the corresponding number of holders, transfer the holdings to this new account, and close the old one. The initial account number cannot be reused, a new one must be assigned.
Both settlement accounts and segregated accounts in Euroclear will be configured within each participant as an account grouping code, so they will be able to view them from the same users with which they log in to their participant.
Guarantee accounts can be registered and queried directly from the GARA system (see instructions).
The ACREEDIA, LACD, and DIFER reports currently received through DADI will be made available through SDIB in .csv format, either through web access or via API. If the Depositor does not currently have an SDIB user, he/she must generate the request through BYMA DIGITAL.
The data contained in the listings currently requested by the Depositor through BYMA DIGITAL via the button REQUEST FOR PADRONES, MOVEMENTS, POSITIONS OR OTHER REPORTS, may be consulted and exported directly by the user through the new custody system.
The new custody system has the functionality of exporting the data available on the screen, to facilitate the preparation and creation of internal reports.
The request for certificates (assembly and execution) for standard instruments must be made at the NSC and will be made available for download through the GIC.
The simple holding certificate will continue to be requested and downloaded through the GIC, as well as the rest of the Certificates that affect non-standard instruments: check, invoice and promissory note.
Restrictions that exist prior to the implementation of the NSC, will continue to be administered by CVSA, and participants must make the respective requests through BYMADIGITAL.
The NSC allows those participants who directly receive notices of precautionary measures, to register them through their users without CVSA's intervention. This option is an enhancement and its use is not mandatory. With respect to injunctive relief that is notified by the courts directly to CVSA, its registration and administration remains within the orbit of CVSA.
Mass transfers will continue to be uploaded through TSA using the current archive and their execution can be viewed in the NSC. Also, bulk transfers by file can be uploaded directly from the new Custody System, using the new file format available here.en
All transfers will be immediate, there will be no more deferred transfer types.
The settlement date of the transfers may be programmed on a day other than the one on which they are created.
The transfers will be valid for 5 days, during which the instruction will be awaiting balance and/or matcheo. After this period of time has elapsed without a balance being credited or cleared, the instruction will become "CANCELLED"
In the NSC participants will have 2 operating accounts. Account #3 called operative and account #1 called manual operative. The automatic sweep instructions that today are carried out on account #3, will continue to function in the same way. For specific sweeps, from the NSC onwards, they will be carried out on account #1.
The currency conversions (cash in) are loaded into the system, and have final approval by CVSA (process that can take up to 48hs).
Such conversions are performed on account #1. The effective execution of such instruction occurs upon final approval.
