BYMA offers its customers two mechanisms for receiving information:
Direct connectivity
Customers who wish to receive data directly from BYMA can establish a direct connection to the BYMA data center.
Indirect connectivity
Customers who do not wish to establish an indirect connection with BYMA can receive information from a data provider or connectivity provider.

The Market Data is a dataset that provides information on prices, volumes and other relevant data for instruments listed on BYMA.
There are two main ways to obtain market data: through a FIX Protocol connection or through an API.
The FIX Protocol is a standard protocol for the transmission of financial data, while APIs are programming interfaces that allow users to access market data remotely.
To grant direct access to the market or through APIs it is necessary to sign the Market Data contract and/or the DMA application and Disclaimer. The same must be requested and sent to BYMA's Product Management, through the mail marketdata@byma.com.ar.
BYMA is the owner of all intellectual property rights on the information provided.
Yes. In case of contracting Information in real time, BYMA authorizes the DISTRIBUTOR to provide the Information to its End Users, provided that the DISTRIBUTOR in advance has obtained a prior commitment from the End Users whereby they expressly undertake not to retransmit, disseminate or reproduce the Information owned by BYMA.
