Eventos Valores S.A.
Caja de Valores S.A. acts as Central Depository Agent for Negotiable Securities (ADCV) under the terms of the Capital Markets Law No. 26,831, as amended, and the Rules of the National Securities Commission (N.T. 2013 and amendments thereto), with registration number 19, granted on September 11, 2014.
Depositors and Committing Accounts
- Caja de Valores S.A. acts as Central Depositary Agent for Negotiable Securities (ADCV). In such capacity, each Depositor authorized by the CNV to act as such, subscribes a collective deposit agreement for the opening of its account, under the terms of Law No. 20,643, as amended.
- Within the custody system of Caja de Valores, Depositors have the functionality to register their investors and their associated accounts, which are identified with a unique number. Likewise, Depositors are responsible for making such registrations and for keeping the data complete, valid and updated in the system. Marketable securities are deposited in such accounts to the order of the Depositors and in the name of the Investors, who are the owners thereof.
Instruments
- Member of ANNA (Association of National Numbering Agencies).
- In charge of allocating unique identifier (ISIN) and accessory (CFI - FISN) codes for locally issued instruments.
- Assigning species codes to record custody held in CVSA both locally and in its accounts in ICSDs.

- Assistance to holders in the exercise of the different rights that correspond to them as owners of securities, such as proof of account balance, transfer of holdings to the collective depository for trading on the Market, proof of attendance at meetings, transfer of securities between shareholders, constitution of pledges, accreditation and collection of dividends, amortization and income, among others.
