✏️What will be your challenges in the area of #Innovación?

• Responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan for data management, creating policies, standards and processes that guarantee its quality.
• Create and update data governance policies and standards, ensuring that they are in line with the needs of all areas of the company.
• Design and implement processes and procedures that ensure the quality, accuracy and security of data throughout the organization.
• Develop metadata initiatives, including the construction and maintenance of the data catalog and communication with the different Data Governance Referents.
• Define and coordinate a training program for the different roles involved in managing and maintaining the data catalog, promoting the adoption of good practices.

• People who have graduated or are finishing their careers related to statistical and technological analysis (Actuaries, Engineering, Economics, Exact Sciences, Systems, among others).
• Ability to work independently and as a team, with a proactive approach and results-oriented attitude.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in data management and administration, preferably in corporate environments. In addition to the definition and development of training programs for roles related to data management.
• Knowledge of the capital market or previous experience in the financial sector (desirable).
