Integrity Program
BYMA is committed to upholding ethical conduct and ensuring full compliance with all anti-corruption laws relevant to its operations.

Actions implemented
In line with the new Corporate Criminal Responsibility Law No. 27,401 and its Regulatory Decree No. 277/18, as well as the regulations of the Anticorruption Office and the National Securities Commission, BYMA has established an INTEGRITY PROGRAM comprising:
- the Audit and Ethics Committee, the enforcement authority;
- the Code of Conduct and Ethics, approved by the Board of Directors;
- an ethical hotline, continuous training initiatives, and other implemented elements and complementary actions.
These measures reflect BYMA's ongoing commitments since its inception, continuously renewed and updated to meet the highest standards in Corporate Governance and Ethics.

Code of conduct and ethics
Endorsed by BYMA's Board of Directors, this Code provides a unifying framework for internal conduct, optimizing practices to promote ethical behavior. Educating members and fostering a sustainable ethical culture that extends to all levels of the Entity are crucial elements that go beyond the practicalities of prevention and control.
All BYMA personnel must familiarize themselves with and fully adhere to this Code and its updates, actively supporting its implementation and participating in the Entity's ongoing training programs.

Integrity Program
The effectiveness of the integrity system hinges on a dedicated and distinct role within the Entity for the implementation and execution of the Integrity Program's components, lending value and credibility to the overall structure.
To this end, BYMA's Board of Directors has appointed an Integrity Program Manager tasked with the development, coordination, and oversight of the Integrity Program's activities and measures, reporting directly to the Audit and Ethics Committee
