A decision for a new stage of growth and strength.

Today, Friday, January 19, 2018, BYMA, Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A, announces to its shareholders, agents, listed companies, CNV and public of interest that it terminates the "Preliminary Agreement for the Interconnection of MERVAL and ROFEX Trading and Settlement Systems" and its respective Addendum.

In order to assist Rofex member Agents operating in BYMA under the aforementioned agreement, they are invited to apply for full registration membership free of charge, during the term of 30 days, to mail legales@byma.com.ar.

In this new period, BYMA will keep agents and investors permanently informed of the courses of action to be taken as a consequence of the termination of the Agreement.

In turn, BYMA notified Rofex the termination of the "License Agreement for the use of the Merval Index". For such reason, Rofex will not be able to enable for trading new maturities of the Futures and Options Contract on Merval Index, being able to trade normally those already opened (March 2018 and June 2018) until its effective termination.

A new stage is beginning that will bring new challenges for BYMA, agents, investors and the capital market as a whole, to continue walking together on the path of excellence.
