BYMA adds 14 new CEDEARs for negotiation

BYMA, Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets, introduces 14 new CEDEARs to the Argentine Capital Market, providing investors with more alternatives to invest in the local market more directly and efficiently. As of Friday 07/02, these CEDEARs can be traded from large Brazilian companies whose shares are among the most traded in that country, are available in the Argentine market, offering investors more possibilities to transform their savings into investments. They include sectors of the oil, gas, banking, food and beverage, cosmetics, energy and telecommunications industries, among others. In turn, they allow the diversification of the portfolio in different markets, the collection in dollars of the dividends that companies distribute and the possibility of investing in shares of Brazilian companies in the local market. This innovation complements the CEDEARs incorporated a few days ago into the local market, reaching a total of 20 CEDEARs from Brazil available for operation.

The new CEDEARS have a 1:1 ratio and are:

• Vale S.A. (IT'S WORTH 3): one of the world's largest producers of iron and nickel ore, key to the steel industry and the energy transition.
• Petrobras - Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. (PETR3): leader in oil and gas with operations in exploration, refining and renewable energy, essential in the global energy market.
• Bradesco Bank S.A. (BBDC3): one of the leading banks in Brazil, with a strong presence in digital banking, insurance and financial services.
• Banco Itaú Unibanco S.A. (ITUB3): the largest private bank in Latin America, recognized for its strength, innovation and leadership in business financing.
• JBS S.A. (JBSS3): world leader in the food industry and one of the largest meat producers in the world, with global brands in more than 150 countries.
• Suzano S.A. (SUZB3): reference in the production of paper and cellulose, with a focus on sustainability and renewable energy. It exports part of its production to more than 80 countries.
• Ambev S.A. (ABEV3): power in the beverage industry, with iconic brands such as Brahma, Skol and Quilmes, and a strong presence throughout Latin America.
• Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional S.A. (CSNA3): one of the largest steel companies in Brazil and a key player in infrastructure and construction.
• Banco BTG Pactual S.A. (BPA11): leading investment bank in Latin America, specialized in asset management, capital markets and private banking.
• Natura &Co Holding S.A. (NTCO3): multinational cosmetics and beauty company, owner of brands such as Avon, The Body Shop and Natura, with a strong environmental commitment.
• Weg S.A. (WEGE3): innovative in the industrial and energy sector, with solutions in automation, renewable energy and electric motors.
• SP Basic Sanitation Agency (Sabesp) (SBSP3): public utility company that supplies water and sanitation to more than 28 million people in São Paulo.
• Telefónica Brasil S.A. (VIVT3): leader in telecommunications, with the Vivo brand, offering telephone, internet and TV services throughout Brazil.
• TIM S.A. (TIMES3): one of the largest mobile phone operators in Brazil, with a strong commitment to 5G technology and digital expansion.
