BYMA and Euronext introduce in Argentina a platform to enhance the link between investors and listed companies

BYMA and Euronext NV -European Stock Exchange offering cutting-edge services in the areas of investor relations and communication, compliance and governance-, announced an agreement to offer in Argentina "IR Manager", a solution for Investor Relations professionals that will facilitate dialogue and increase engagement between companies listed on the local stock exchange and the investment community.

IR Manager is a technology platform to efficiently manage the relationships of Capital Market issuers with institutional investors, analysts and other stakeholders; as well as to profile and target institutional investors with greater precision, and advise senior management with value-added information and reports.

It consists of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) extended worldwide with functionalities that enhance the role of the Investor Relations Officer, making it possible for any issuer in Argentina to easily target the right audience. Among its functionalities, the following stand out:

• Extensive database with more than 200,000 investment professionals from the buy-side and sell-side, 40,000 institutions, 50,000 funds. In addition, it provides information on holders of your company's shares and shareholders of similar companies.
• It is a flexible and robust SaaS solution, which can be accessed on all devices: computers, tablets and smartphones.
• It simply provides roadshow planning tools such as IR, such as contacts, email, calendar management, and itineraries that can be synchronized with any email system.

Thanks to BYMA's agreement with Euronext, local issuers can contract the service through the local stock exchange at preferential rates.
