BYMA CALLS FOR CONSULTATION: Error Resolution Policy

BYMA calls for a Consultation to all market participants to make suggestions on an Error Resolution Policy that aims to preserve the integrity of transactions concluded on the Market, achieving an appropriate balance between the completion of transactions and detection of errors in prices and/or quantities.The purpose of the policy is to define the parameters and procedures that BYMA will consider and use when managing erroneous transactions, and to ensure that they are managed in a prompt and efficient manner for the parties involved. 

To participate, follow these steps:

2. RESPOND QUERYEnter suggestions in the BYMA - Error Resolution Policy file with change control.Send suggestions to mercados@byma.com.ar.
3. CONSULTATION PERIODUntil December 12 inclusive.
