BYMA incorporates 6 new CEDEARs for trading
These are CEDEARs of large Brazilian companies that will be progressively made available for trading starting today.

BYMA, introduces 6 new CEDEARs in the Argentine Capital Market, providing investors with more alternatives to invest in foreign companies from Argentina and in pesos. These are CEDEARs of large Brazilian companies whose shares are among the most traded in that country. They will be available for trading according to the following schedule: Banco do Brasil (BBAS3), available as of today; Localiza Rent A Car (RENT3), as of 05/22; Petro Rio (PRIO3), as of 05/23; Hapvida Participaçoes e Investimentos (HAPV3), as of 05/24; Lojas Renner (LREN3), as of 05/27; Magazine Luiza (MGLU3), as of 05/28. These are the first CEDEARs available in the Argentine market with underlying in Brazil. Thus, investors have more possibilities to transform their savings into investments. At the same time, the new CEDEARs introduce new features: currency diversification; companies regularly distribute dividends to their shareholders. These dividends carry tax benefits, as they are subject to lower withholding tax than other CEDEARs.With these additions, the CEDEARs available for trading on BYMA bring the total to 324.In addition, investors can invest in ETF CEDEARs on BYMA.
