BYMA incorporates the first Sustainable Bond into the SVS Bond Panel

BYMA, incorporates the first Sustainable Bond in the Panel of Social, Green and Sustainable Bonds (SVS), a development launched in 2019.The bond belongs to Plaza Logística and its funds are entirely destined to the construction of a Triple "A" quality Logistics warehouse, for the development of logistics operations by national or multinational companies. This project falls into the category of "green" or ecological buildings, incorporating the EDGE standard during the construction stage, generating a direct positive environmental impact, and the project has a positive social impact through the generation of employment and socioeconomic progress and empowerment, especially in the segment of young people between 18 and 25 years old and women in the logistics sector, through the new direct and indirect jobs that Plaza Logística, its suppliers, its clients and the operators that operate in the logistics warehouse to be built in the station's park will generate.Since this is sustainable financing, it is included in the categories of eligible projects as green and social projects described by ICMA and adopted by BYMA."It is gratifying to see how BYMA's effort to promote sustainable finance is growing year by year.
