BYMA presented its 2020 Sustainability Report

BYMA presented its Sustainability Report 2020 in which it communicates the sustainable actions, programs and initiatives carried out during the last year. This is the third report that BYMA has prepared since the beginning of its activity following the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, exhaustive option."At BYMA we seek to make continuous progress, both in our internal management and in our almost unique role that allows us to develop products that promote best practices of transparency and sustainability in the Capital Markets, actively seeking a positive impact on the global community", said Ernesto Allaria, President of BYMA.In this regard, the Head of Corporate Governance, Julieta Artal Conte, explained: "We are proud of the speed of the proposed changes and of the professional innovation that allowed us to conclude projects, as well as to generate new developments committed to the sustainability of the Argentine Capital Markets. The results of this report demonstrate our commitment to all aspects of sustainability and the creation of long-term value."The main management results organized according to the 6 capitals of the Integrated Reporting Framework:Human Capital: we ensure the reliability of the services we offer in the capacity and professionalism of the people who make up our work team.

• We worked on promoting the development of the skills and professionalism of the people who make up the BYMA work team and on the reliability of the services offered.
• We promoted the empowerment of women at all levels, which is reflected in the composition of the board of directors and the management team, and we carried out the "Ringing the Bell for Gender Equality" event.
• Paternity leave was extended.

Social Capital: We contributed to the development of people and companies throughout the country by integrating financial services to economic activity.

• We promoted a social investment strategy, promoting impact financing and managing the value chain. Through the health, education, environment and corporate volunteering programs, 15,671 beneficiaries were reached.
• We worked on financial education and inclusion through the BYMA-IAMC Investment Simulation initiative focused on young students, and reached a total of 3,305 enrollees.
• The "3 Days with BYMA" cycle of talks was held, an open and free activity in which key issues of the Argentine capital market were made known. More than 10,000 people registered and more than 8,000 participants attended the 9 panels.

Natural Capital: through technological initiatives, the environment was positively impacted.

• Through BYMA LISTADAS, the website specially designed for issuers to remotely carry out multiple procedures, electronically signed information and documents were managed and registered under Blockchain technology, allowing the replacement of paper, streamlining procedures and enhancing the level of security. This avoided the use of more than 2.3 million sheets of paper.

Intellectual Capital: We worked on the incorporation of innovations and technology in line with international standards to promote greater efficiency and economic value in the Capital Markets.

• The Sustainability Index was rebalanced for the third time, highlighting companies with best ESD-G practices in the Argentine market and promoting visibility to generate a multiplier effect and we incorporated new tradable securities to our Social, Green and Sustainable Bond Panel.
• An agreement was signed with NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) to distribute real-time data on U.S. stocks, ADRs and ETFs among BYMADATA subscribers, and an agreement was reached with the CMA Agency to incorporate international and local news, global stock indexes, exchange rates and Commodities.
• Through BYMA PRIMARIAS, the placement system was completely transformed, enabling the future growth and positioning of this new unit.

Industrial Capital: We foster a relationship of trust and closeness with our clients through communication and customer service

• BYMAFONDOS was relaunched, a comprehensive system for subscriptions and redemptions of adhered Mutual Funds that simplifies operations and provides guarantees.
• Through the Market Data platform, more than 190 data distributors were reached with referential information, prices and volumes of all the species listed in BYMA.

Financial Capital: We worked on initiatives to transform savings into productive investment, which translated into outstanding results

• Generating $10,356 million in revenues and $30,504 billion in traded volumes.
