BYMA stood out for its Corporate Governance Code in CNV evaluation

BYMA, obtained the highest rating in the evaluation of the quality of the responses submitted to the National Securities Commission, in relation to its Corporate Governance Code for the year ended December 31, 2022. The Corporate Governance Code aims to generate a solid culture of good Corporate Governance practices in all companies.

The weighting obtained by BYMA was "Very Good", as a result of the constant incorporation of solid Corporate Governance (CG) practices and the adherence to international regulations and standards.

For BYMA, good CG management is a priority, which is why it works as an issuer and as a stock exchange to ensure that the ecosystem evolves in this area.

Outstanding initiative!

In 2018 BYMA created the first Corporate Governance Panel in Argentina, a segment integrated by issuers of shares listed on the Stock Exchange that voluntarily decide to adopt certain requirements. To date, it is made up of: Banco Macro, BYMA, Grupo Supervielle, Pampa Energía, YPF.

CG principles protect shareholders, improve the dissemination of policies and promote the existence of processes and monitoring methods in the structure of the organization.
