BYMA, together with R.E.D. Di Tella, close the first edition of the Mentoring Program for Equality
An initiative to promote Women Leaders and their professional development in the capital market.

On November 26th, BYMA (Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets) together with the R.E.D. Di Tella, Companies for Diversity Network of the Torcuato Di Tella University, closed the first edition of the Mentoring for Equality Program. An initiative that aims to promote the growth and development of women in leadership roles, providing them with tools necessary to advance their professional careers. The program brought together leaders in the sector, allowing the creation of Mentor - Mentee pairs, who during this process were able to reflect, share experiences and work together to strengthen the leadership roles of the participants. Through this exchange, the Mentees had the opportunity to receive guidance and support for the development of their career plan. Among the references who actively participated in the program are Sabrina Dervich and Paula Bujía, leaders in the financial sector with extensive experience in gender issues; Lidia Heller and María José Sucarrat by R.E.D. Di Tella; and Gonzalo Pascual Merlo, Ernesto Allaria and Mariela Codicetti, BYMA references.
