Grupo Supervielle will be part of the differential panel that includes shares of companies already listed that voluntarily comply with good governance and transparency practices in addition to those required by Argentine regulations.

The adhesion of companies is voluntary and implies the incorporation of a set of requirements aligned with the principles of Corporate Governance of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and adopted by the G20. Among them: gender diversity in the board of directors, nomination and remuneration committee, remuneration policy, dividend policy, integrity programs, among others. In addition to Grupo Supervielle, the Corporate Governance Panel is currently integrated by BYMA, Pampa Energía and YPF and other companies are expected to be listed in the short term.Regarding implementation, the panel comprises two levels: +GC, comprising BYMA, Pampa Energía and YPF, and GC, comprising Grupo Supervielle. The difference lies in the fact that +GC admits companies with capital stock consisting of common shares with one vote per share, while the GC level accepts companies with multiple voting and preferred common shares. In this regard, the president of BYMA, Ernesto Allaria, said: "We are committed to good Corporate Governance practices that encourage the sustainable growth of companies and their shareholders".
