BYMA hereby informs you of "Interpretative Criteria No. 72 - RG CNV No. 841/2020 and No. 843/2020 + LOCAL and INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES", which refers to the minimum holding period prior to their sale with settlement in foreign currency, with respect to the New Securities to be credited to the receiving principal subaccounts - at the Central Depository Agent for Negotiable Securities - in connection with the settlement of sovereign DEBT EXCHANGES.
