EXTENSION FOR THE SUBMISSION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The National Securities Commission issued Resolution No. 832/2020 dated 06.04.2020, published in the Official Gazette on the day of the date, whereby it provided that:The Financial Statements of issuing entities, closed-end mutual funds and financial trusts, which are under the regime of public offering of marketable securities, corresponding to annual periods with closing on January 31, 2020, February 29, 2020 and March 31, 2020, and interim periods with closing on February 29, 2020 and March 31, 2020, shall be submitted within the following deadlines:

  1. For interim periods, within SEVENTY (70) calendar days of the close of the quarter, or within TWO (2) days of approval by the Board of Directors, whichever occurs first.
  2. For annual periods, within NINETY (90) calendar days after the end of the fiscal year, or within TWO (2) days of its approval by the Board of Directors, whichever occurs first.

Issuers that exclusively make public offerings of short-term debt securities must submit, in relation to the quarterly periods referred to above, the quarterly summarized accounting information described in Article 65 of Section VII of Chapter V of Title II of the CNV Regulations within SEVENTY-EIGHT (78) calendar days after the end of each quarter or within TWO (2) business days of its approval by the Board of Directors, whichever occurs first.Small and Medium-Sized Companies (SMEs CNV) shall submit the annual financial statements and the quarterly summarized accounting report set forth in Article 9 of Section 9 of Section II of Chapter I of Title IV of such Regulations, in relation to the periods referred to in the first paragraph, within SEVENTY (70) calendar days from the end of the quarter and within NINETY (90) calendar days from the end of the fiscal year, or within TWO (2) days from their approval by the Board of Directors, whichever occurs first.In relation to the periods referred to in the first paragraph, the issuers included in the "PYME CNV GARANTIZADA" regime shall publish in the Financial Information Highway (AIF) the annual Financial Statements within ONE HUNDRED FORTY (140) days after the end of the fiscal year.In view of the foregoing, this Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, in exercise of the activities delegated pursuant to article 32 paragraph b) of Law 26,831, as amended, has resolved to grant the issuers, as detailed above, which are authorized to list in BYMA, an extension to submit their annual and quarterly financial statements and/or quarterly summarized information, for the terms detailed in the preceding paragraphs, in accordance with the provisions of the National Securities Commission.
