Extension for the submission of Financial Statements - Régimen PyME CNV Garantizadas (Guaranteed SME CNV Regime)

The National Securities Commission issued Resolution No. 837/2020 dated April 28, 2020, whereby it provided that: "Small and Medium-Sized Companies (PyMES CNV) included in the "PYME CNV GARANTIZADA" regime shall publish in the Financial Information Highway (AIF) the annual financial statements closing on December 31, 2019, within ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY (140) calendar days after the end of the fiscal year".In view of the foregoing, the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, in exercise of the activities delegated pursuant to Section 32 subsection b) of Law 26,831, as amended, has resolved to grant the aforementioned issuers, which are authorized to list in BYMA, an extension to submit their annual financial statements as of 12.31.19, for the same term and in full compliance with the provisions of the National Securities Commission.
