International Day of Solidarity: BYMA joins the cause and donates its trading rights

Within the framework of the "International Day of Human Solidarity", BYMA announces that, for the first time since the beginning of its activity, on December 24 there will be negotiation activities until 3 p.m., and that the proceeds from market rights will be donated to the Hospital de Clínicas Foundation. The Day of Solidarity was proclaimed by the General Assembly of the United Nations in 2005 and seeks to make society aware of the importance of helping and having a positive impact on the community. December 20 is celebrated and is a date that invites us to reflect on the importance of mutual collaboration and commitment to others. With this same approach, 24/12 will become a day of solidarity work.

Details of market activity during 24/12

• On Tuesday 24/12, transactions will be scheduled until 15:00 p.m., with the exception of those called Immediate Cash, Security and Currency Futures, there will be no liquidation activity.
• Those transactions agreed in advance and whose due date is 24/12, will be included in the liquidation processes of 26/12, with the application of extensions to security.

For its part, on Tuesday, December 31 there will be no trading or liquidation activities at BYMA.
