BYMA launches BYMA LISTADAS, a new website with blockchain technology that will allow Issuers to remotely carry out multiple procedures, such as requesting the listing of new negotiable securities (registration of species) and the submission of content related to the information regime.The procedures can be carried out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and it will be possible to know their status constantly and immediately. This implies a 90% reduction of paper in the first instance, also achieving greater agility in transit times and costs.BYMA LISTINGS reaches Issuers of shares, negotiable obligations, short-term securities, financial trusts, mutual funds, deferred payment checks and other instruments.The development also allows higher standards of security and transparency, thanks to the incorporation of blockchain to certify the events. The system will use electronic signatures on all documents and will store evidence in such technology.Issuers will be able to access the site through this website. As an inaugural step, they must register and create a user to start making use of the functionalities.there, they will be able to request the registration of a new negotiable security (specie) to be listed in BYMA or in another Market and submit the documents that make up the information regime of a negotiable security already listed in BYMA, replacing paper.
