NOTICE Extension for the Submission of Annual and Quarterly Financial Statements RG 842/20 of CNV

In the framework of RG 842/20 of the CNV, an extension to submit annual and quarterly Financial Statements as of April 30, 20, is granted to Issuers, Closed-end FCI and FF, listed in BYMA.Regarding Issuers that are Financial Entities (Law No. 21.526), and Issuers whose main assets and results are constituted by and originate from investments in Financial Entities and submit their financial statements observing the regulations established by the BCRA, must submit their Financial Statements within the deadlines established by the BCRA for such purpose (See Communication "A" 7033).
