SVS Bond Panel: BYMA incorporates new YPF Luz Green Bond

BYMA incorporates a new Negotiable Obligation labeled as Green of YPF Energía Eléctrica S.A. to its Panel of Social, Green and Sustainable Bonds, the Panel integrated by negotiable securities with a positive environmental and/or social impact.The objective of this instrument is framed within the qualification of Eligible Green Projectas required by BYMA, and the use of the net proceeds of the issue will be aimed at financing the entire "Zonda I (PSZ)" solar park, linked to the renewable energy sector, a category that presents clear environmental benefits. The purpose of the project to be developed by the company is the design, construction and operation of a photovoltaic solar farm located in the town of Bella Vista, department of Iglesia in the province of San Juan.In addition, the development of this SVS project has the potential to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

• SDG 7: Affordable and Non-Polluting Energy
• SDG 13: Climate Action

The company has a Green rating prepared by an External Reviewer and agrees with the four components of the ICMA Green Bond Principles: use of resources; process for the evaluation and selection of projects; administration of funds; andsubmission of semi-annual reportsuntil full allocation of resources.
