The share capital is 3,812,500,000 Argentine pesos, represented by 3,812,500,000 book-entry shares with a par value of 1 Argentine peso each. Each share confers the right to one vote.

The difference arises from the stock dividend (4 new shares for each share held) issued by BYMA in July 2024

As of December 31, 2024, BYMA had a market capitalization of ARS 1,591,719 million.

Due to local regulations stipulating that no participant can directly or indirectly own more than 20% of a market, BCBA is expected to divest at least 10% of its shareholding.
