Banco de Valores begins trading at BYMA
The news arises from the merger by absorption of the Bank into its controlling company Grupo Financiero de Valores (GFVA). As of today, trading of the common shares of Banco de Valores will commence as VALO.
The new transaction will be carried out in the form of a merger of Banco de Valores and GFVA.

As of today, Banco de Valores, with ticker VALO, begins trading on BYMA. This is the result of the merger by absorption of part of the Bank to its controlling company Grupo Financiero Valores (GFVA). As a result, the ordinary shares and with the right to one vote per share of Banco de Valores will be traded as VALO.

It has a characteristic and distinctive profile in the banking system that consolidates it as the Financial Institution most identified with the market in Argentina. "This announcement is part of the joint efforts with Banco de Valores to bring market players closer to the possibility of investing in national capital companies and to promote financing through the Stock Exchange. The announcement was celebrated at BYMA with the iconic "Toque de Campana", in which the highest authorities of the Stock Exchange and the Bank participated. Among them, the Vice President of BYMA; the President of Banco de Valores, Juan Nápoli; and the President of the CNV, Adrián Cosentino.
With respect to the details of the merger by absorption, having completed the negotiation on January 7, 2022, it proceeded to its delisting to Grupo Financiero Valores S.A. (GFVA).The exchange transaction includes that for each issued share of GFVA, 1 share of the Bank will be delivered. The minority shareholder of Banco de Valores S.A. other than GFVA (holding 0.01% of the Bank's capital stock) will receive 1.004543 new shares for each share it owns.
