BYMA approved the incorporation of a new marketable security in the SVS Bond Panel.

BYMA approved the incorporation of a new Negotiable Obligation that will be labeled as Social in its Panel of Social, Green and Sustainable Bonds, the Panel integrated by negotiable securities that entail a positive environmental and/or social impact.The objective of this instrument is framed within the qualification of Social Projectas required by BYMA and, it will have an impact in two aspects. The first one with the construction of new Access Networks and/or adaptation of the same, the second one with the effects of the target population determining a positive social impact.SION S.A. is a company that belongs to the Telecommunications sector. It currently operates different lines of products and services, being one of the main operators in the Argentinean Internet access market. The company's strategy is based on expansion in areas of high geographic dispersion and low population density that lack appropriate local network coverage.The issuer has a rating of Social, prepared by an External Reviewer and is in accordance with the four components of ICMA's Social Bond Principles: Use of the resources, Internet Access in this case; process for the evaluation and selection of the projects; administration of the funds; andsubmission of semi-annual reports until the total allocation of the resources.
