BYMA incorpora un nuevo Valor Negociable en el Panel de Bonos SVS

BYMA incorporates the first Closed-end Mutual Fund (FCIC) labeled as Social within its Panel of Social, Green and Sustainable Bonds (SVS), the Managing Company of this "FCIC Inmobiliario Social" is Pellegrini Fondos Comunes de Inversión. Its special purpose is to invest in real estate assets linked to the development of housing construction for middle and low-income populations.The positive social impact is framed within the "Affordable Housing" category, established in the Social Bond Principles of the International Capital Market Association (ICMA), adopted by BYMA. Additionally, the Fund would allow driving construction by creating new jobs.This novelty allows advancing with the fulfillment of Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. Among them, the following stand out: Decent Work and Economic Growth and Sustainable Cities and Communities.

In this regard, BYMA's President, Ernesto Allaria indicated: "It is gratifying to see that BYMA's effort to promote sustainable finance is growing year by year. With the launch of our Social, Green and Sustainable Bond Panel, along with other developments, we have long made an absolute commitment to promote green finance and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals, today manifested in this instrument that seeks to address affordable housing."‍

From the National Securities Commission (CNV) "we accompany with satisfaction the incorporation of the first FCIC with SVS label" since "it is framed in our agenda of generating instruments that facilitate and promote financing linked to sustainability values,"expressed the president of the agency, Adrián Cosentino.

‍Daniel Otero, President of Pellegrini explained: "Pellegrini SAGFCI, as part of the Banco Nación Group, always seeks to generate high-impact products in the FCI industry. The Fondo Común Cerrado Inmobiliario Pellegrini I, with the highest standards in the market, will be mainly aimed at the construction of housing for middle and low income sectors, allowing to give value to real estate developments that are slowed down due to lack of financing. Its completion will allow, among other things, to increase the supply of housing units for the aforementioned sectors.".
