BYMA Relaunches CVC Fund as BYMA Ventures
UNPRECEDENTED IN THE ARGENTINE MARKET

BYMA continues to advance its open innovation strategy by rebranding its Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) fund as BYMA Ventures. The goal is to strengthen the connection between the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the capital markets.
As part of its open innovation strategy, BYMA, the Argentine Stock Exchange, is relaunching its Corporate Venture Capital fund with a new identity: BYMA Ventures. The fund aims to strengthen the connection between the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the capital markets, focusing on promoting solutions that pave the way for the market of the future.
BYMA Ventures focuses its investments on early-stage technology companies across Argentina and the wider region. It targets key industries including Fintech, Market Infrastructure, Data and AI, Cybersecurity, Regtech, Cloud & SaaS, and Blockchain and digital assets.
Since launching in 2022, the fund has already invested in seven high-impact startups. In this new phase, BYMA Ventures aims to bridge emerging technologies with a financial system that has experienced exponential growth in recent years.

The launch of BYMA Ventures marks a new phase in BYMA's open innovation strategy, focusing on investing in solutions that drive the financial sector's technological advancement.
The fund aims to champion projects with high growth potential and support entrepreneurs to accelerate the financial ecosystem's expansion. Over the years, the fund has led more than 10 pilot programs with startups, with four successfully implemented within BYMA. These implementations have streamlined internal processes and boosted new business.
