Trading and settlement activity at BYMA - 03/20/20

We are pleased to inform you..., in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 297/2020 and Point 8 of Communication "A" 6942 of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, in order to inform you that on this date BYMA will carry out its trading and settlement activity on a regular basis.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, and in accordance with the provisions of section 32, paragraph b) of Law No. 26,831 and section 88, paragraph c) of the Operating Regulations, we remind you that BYMA is carrying out its trading and settlement activity as of today's date.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, and pursuant to the provisions of art. 32 paragraph b) of Law No. 26,831 and art. 88, paragraph c) of the Operating Regulations, we remind you that BYMA is empowered to suspend totally or partially the different trading sessions, operating forms, settlement terms and/or negotiable securities; and its consequent settlement activity at any time at its sole discretion.
