Initial Offering of Marketable Securities through BYMA PRIMARIAS.
Any Placement Agent wishing to request an initial offering of marketable securities through BYMA must first send via email:
Request for Admission of Offering to the System.
Offering Data Entry Form.
Prospectus Supplement (Preliminary).
Submission of documentation within the valid legal period.
The admission request, the offering data form, and the prospectus supplement must be sent within the valid legal period to the following address: byma.primarias@byma.com.ar
Second stage of information submission.
Next, within the valid legal period, the placement agent must also send the following documentation via email to byma.primarias@byma.com.ar:
Subscription Notice.
Model Note.
Final form.
Authorization Granted by the National Securities Commission.
Terms and Conditions.
Prospectus Supplement.
Risk rating (if applicable).
Cash Flow (for rate-based bidding).
Other documentation deemed necessary.
Publication on BYMA website.
Finally, BYMA will publish the received documentation on its website in the BYMA Primarias section, and will then invite registered participants to take part.
