Our system will allow you to participate in the placement of marketable securities, with auction or public bidding options, offering you support throughout the bidding process. You only need to register and follow the established rules detailed below.

Primary Placement of Marketable Securities through Primary BYMA.
First of all, all underwriters who wish to request a Primary Placement of Marketable Securities through BYMA Primarias must first send the following by e-mail:
Application for System Placement Entry
Placement Data Entry Form
Prospectus Supplement (Preliminary)
Submission of documentation within the current legal period.
The application form, the form with the placement data and the placement supplement must be sent within the current legal period to the following address: byma.primarias@byma.com.ar
Second stage of information submission.
In a second instance, within the legal period in force, the underwriter shall send to BYMA, and also via email to: byma.primarias@byma.com.ar, the following documentation:
Subscription Notice.
Model Note.
Final form.
Authorization Granted by the National Securities Commission.
Terms and Conditions.
Leaflet Supplement.
Risk rating (if applicable).
Flow of Funds (if the tender is for a fee).
Other documentation deemed necessary for the placement.
BYMA publication on our website.
Finally, BYMA will proceed to publish via the website and BYMA Primarias the documentation received and will invite registered participants to participate.
