Call and Documentation

BYMA Board of Directors, at the Meeting held on March 6th, 2025, has resolved to call to the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on April 10th, 2025 at 5:00 pm (GMT-3) on first call, and at 6:00 pm (GMT-3) on second call. In compliance with the provisions set forth by Law No. 26,831, section 70, the documentation to be considered at said General Meeting is made available to the Shareholders.
